We think we understand our reality

We like our certainty. We like feeling like we have things worked out.

That and the fact that we are so clever and gullible at the same time we can convince ourselves of anything. So it’s easy to convince ourselves we know stuff.

Capitalism is a perfect example of our clever gullibility. And our inherent selfishness, but that’s another train of thought.

It’s way too easy to convince ourselves our reality is real. That the way we see things is the right way.

We live our lives in a projection of mind and allow ourselves to think it is real.

But, of course, it is real.

And we have convinced ourselves we understand how it operates. And its complies with this deception up to a point.

Just like people did 10,000 years ago.

Except they probably understood it better, because they had a greater tolerance for miracles and mystery.
